Who We Are
Jones & Baker was founded by brothers Ryan and Cody Jones alongside their business partner Matt Baker, three people who shared a belief that the energy installation industry could and should do better. Better quality, better communication, better aftercare and above all, more honest advice.

What started as a shared ambition has grown into one of Worcestershire's most trusted energy installation companies, built entirely on reputation and referrals. We're proud to have served homeowners and businesses across Tenbury Wells, Worcestershire and the wider UK, and we're just getting started.

Between them, Ryan, Cody and Matt bring over 35 years of combined experience across electrical installation, renewable energy, heating systems and air conditioning. That depth of knowledge means we don't just install systems we understand them inside out, and we're able to give you genuinely informed advice about what will and won't work for your property.
